For almost two months, yuzu peel and fresh yuzu juice were infused in gin spirit, slowly releasing every layer the fruit has to offer. The bright citrus oils. The soft floral notes. The juicy depth that sits just underneath. Nothing wasted. Nothing rushed.
A carefully selected portion of that extraction then went back through the still — refining the citrus character, softening any bitterness, and building the silky, smooth texture that makes this gin unlike anything you've tried before.

Our take on a Bee's Knees with a coastal twist. Yuzu Gin shaken with golden honey, fresh lemon and a hit of ginger, then strained into a chilled coupe. Bright citrus meets warm spice for a martini that drinks like sunshine, even in the cooler months.
