Ingredients:
60ml Sunshine & Sons Yuzu Gin
150ml premium tonic water
Ice
Yuzu or Lemon wheel to garnish.

Method:
1. Build over ice in a highball glass.
2. Pour in the gin, top with tonic and gently stir.
3. Garnish with a fresh yuzu or lemon wheel.
