Pineapple Parfait is a playful, tropical gin layered with sweet pineapple, creamy vanilla, and a backbone of classic botanicals that keep it firmly in gin territory. It's dessert-forward without being sweet, and dangerously drinkable as a spritz or long serve.

Tasting Notes: Pot-distilled in the Sunshine Coast hinterland rainforest, Sunshine & Sons Pineapple Parfait Gin has all of the aromas of the 1970’s Big Pineapple Parfait Dessert; pineapple, strawberry, passionfruit and coconut with a smooth crème bruleè lift. On the palate it is aromatic and bursting with tropical fruits. Soft, perfumed, very textured, silky, jelly like structure, powerful Sunshine Coast flavours with floating fusions of pineapple and passionfruit.
