Our Original Dry Gin is a classic Australian dry gin with a Sunshine Coast twist — pot-distilled at our rainforest distillery in Woombye and crafted with a hand-selected blend of traditional and locally sourced botanicals. Clean juniper leads, backed by fresh citrus and a whisper of the sub-tropics. Dry, balanced, and built for everything from a classic G&T to a Negroni that earns a second round.

TASTING NOTES

Tasting Notes: Pot-distilled in the Sunshine Coast hinterland rainforest with a carefully curated mix of native and traditional botanicals. Soft, rounded, and expressive, it’s a traditional dry gin with a local flavour - slight floral and citrus edge. Included in the botanical mix are Pomegranate, Lavender and Pink Rose Petals which dance around the edge of the aroma platform and give this gin a memorable and pretty finish.
