Ingredients:
45ml Sunshine & Sons Mum's Rose Bouquet Gin
20ml fresh lemon juice
Teaspoon of raspberry jam
Chilled dry sparkling wine or Champagne to top
Garnish with a lemon twist or raspberries.

Method:
1. Add the gin, lemon juice and jam to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until cold, strain into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine.
3. Garnish with a lemon twist or raspberries.
