In a shaker add 50ml Mum's Rose Bouquet, 10ml Regal Rogue Darling Dry (or Vermouth), 30ml aquafaba, 20ml lemon Juice, 20ml raspberry syrup and shake well.
Add Ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with skewered raspberries.
