INGREDIENTS

• 45ml Citrus Summer Gin
• 30ml Aquafaba
• 30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 15ml Sugar Syrup
• Ice

METHOD

1. Combine all liquid in a shaker and shake without ice vigorously until foamy

2. Add ice, shake until well chilled then dump into a large old fashioned glass

3. Garnish with slice of orange
