INGREDIENTS

  • 60ml Hot Cross Bun
  • 30ml Regal Rogue Bold Red (or Vermouth)
  • Dash of Angostura Bitters
  • Ice
  • Orange peel (for garnish)

    METHOD
  • Fill a mixing glass with ice.
  • Add Hot Cross Bun, Regal Rogue Bold Red (or Vermouth), and a dash of Angostura Bitters.
  • Stir well until chilled.
  • Express an orange peel on the rim of a chilled rocks glass.
  • Strain the mixture into the glass.
  • Garnish with orange peel and serve.
