- 30ml Regal Rogue Bold Red (or Vermouth)
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
- Ice
- Orange peel (for garnish)
METHOD - Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add Hot Cross Bun, Regal Rogue Bold Red (or Vermouth), and a dash of Angostura Bitters.
- Stir well until chilled.
- Express an orange peel on the rim of a chilled rocks glass.
- Strain the mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with orange peel and serve.
