Fresh, considered, and a little bit wild — with gin, fresh lime, and mint.

Ingredients:
60ml Biosphere Gin
20ml fresh lemon juice
15ml simple syrup
8 pieces fresh mint leaves
1 sprig mint (for garnish)
1 piece lime wheel (for garnish)

Method:
1. Muddle the mint: Add 8 fresh mint leaves to a cocktail shaker and gently muddle to release the oils.
2. Add ingredients: Pour in 60ml Biosphere Gin, 20ml fresh lemon juice, and 15ml simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice.
3. Shake: Shake hard for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
4. Strain & serve: Fine strain into a chilled coupe or over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel.
