Ingredients:
60ml Biosphere Gin
150ml premium tonic water
1 piece fresh lemon wheel (for garnish)
1 sprig rosemary (for garnish)

Method:
1. Build over ice: Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. Add gin: Pour in 60ml Biosphere Gin.
3. Top with tonic: Gently pour in 150ml premium tonic water.
4. Garnish & serve: Garnish with a fresh lemon wheel and a sprig of rosemary and serve immediately.
