But even more EXTRAORDINARY over five years of maturation, the ABV didn’t fall — it SKYROCKETED over 10% putting to rest, once and for all, the myth that rising ABV can only occur in low-humidity environments. Pot distilled and sub-tropically aged for five years in a barrel freshly emptied of Jack Daniel’s, THE TRIPLE SIX began its life at 60.5% ABV and emerged at a devilish 66.6% ABV.

Expect intense notes of toffee, roasted corn, dry apple, banana and figs, carried by a powerful yet approachable spirit. Crafted from Australian certified organic molasses, and fermented with wild yeast this is a spirit left completely untouched from barrel to glass — 100% unadulterated.
