Seville Orange, Cara Cara Orange, Bergamot, Mandarin and Citrus Flowers

SUMMER MULE

INGREDIENTS

45ml Citrus Summer Gin
100ml Indian Tonic
100ml Ginger Beer
¼ Lime
Ice

METHOD

Muddle lime in a tall glass, then fill with large ice.
Add Gin and mixers. Stir Gently and serve.

SUNSHINE GIN SOUR

INGREDIENTS

45ml Citrus Summer Gin
30ml Aquafaba
30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
Ice

METHOD

Combine all liquid in a shaker and shake without ice vigorously until foamy. Add ice, shake until well chilled then dump into a large old fashioned glass. Garnish with slice of orange

CITRUS SUMMER PUNCH

INGREDIENTS

200ml Citrus Summer Gin
375ml Prosecco
375ml Ginger Beer
375ml Indian Tonic (or lemonade)
1 mango (fine dice)
18 mint leaves
½ punnet Raspberries
Ice

METHOD

Mix all ingredients in a glass jug or punch bowl, top with ice and serve.

Serves 6.
