Hot Cross Bun

With a wink to a Manhattan.

In a mixing glass add ice, 60ml Hot Cross
Bun, 30ml Regal Rogue Bold Red (or
Vermouth), a dash of Angostura Bitters
and stir well. Express orange peel on the
rim of a chilled rocks glass and strain.
Garnish with orange peel.
