Fresh Mundubbera blueberries, picked at their peak, steeped for six weeks into classic Sunshine & Sons Gin. The colour in your glass? Completely natural. Straight from the fruit. No shortcuts. No artificial anything.
Ripe blueberries, blackberry and a whisper of raspberry on the nose. Bright, juicy and berry-forward on the palate — with classic juniper keeping things honest and cassia bark adding just enough warmth to remind you this is still very much a gin.
Long, refreshing finish. The kind that makes you go back for another sip without really thinking about it.
Made in collaboration with the Mundubbera Jaycettes — because the community that grew the blueberries deserves a seat at the table.

Tasting Notes:
Colour: Brilliant ruby-blue with vibrant crimson highlights. Completely natural straight from the fruit, nothing added.
Nose: Fresh and immediately inviting. Ripe blueberries leap from the glass first, juicy and unmistakable. Blackberry and a whisper of raspberry follow close behind. Classic juniper sits underneath, grounding everything with crisp pine freshness. Fragrant cassia and a touch of citrus oil round it out quietly at the back
Palate: Bright, juicy and berry-forward from the first sip. Ripe blueberries open the palate before unfolding into blackberry and fresh forest fruit. Natural blueberry acidity keeps everything lively, enough sweetness to celebrate the fruit, enough structure to keep it firmly a gin. Juniper delivers crisp pine freshness, lemon peel brightens the berry character and cassia bark brings gentle warmth right at the finish.
Body: Medium-bodied with a smooth, silky texture. Fresh and vibrant without feeling light, the natural fruit extraction gives it just enough weight to feel considered.
Finish: Long, refreshing and fruit-driven. Ripe blueberries and citrus oils linger before fading into delicate juniper and warming cassia spice. Clean, bright and immediately inviting for the next sip.

Blueberry Gin / Fresh Blueberries / Mint / Lime Juice / Simple Syrup / Soda Water. Muddled fresh blueberries and mint, fresh mint juice, a touch of simple syrup and soda. Fresh, fruity and built for sharing.
Blueberry Gin / Fresh Lemon Juice / Simple Syrup / Egg White or Aquafaba. Dry shake Gin, fresh lemon juice, egg white or aquafaba and simple syrup, shake again with ice, double strain into a chilled coupe glass and finished with egg white for a silky, fruit-forward sour with stunning natural colour.
Blueberry Gin / Fresh Lemon Juice / Simple Syrup / Blackcurrant Liqueur / Crushed Ice. A British classic made for a dark berry gin. Over crushed ice with lemon juice and simple syrup, finished with a generous pour of blackcurrant liqueur.
