The nose is lifted and unmistakably tropical, dominated by dried mango, pawpaw and jackfruit, with molasses, maple, cedar and mocha sitting underneath. The palate is rich, soft and juicy. Mango skin and ripe jackfruit lead, with toffee, roasted pine nuts and dried red berries filling in behind.
