Pot distilled and aged for a minimum of 3 years in barrels emptied of bourbon, sherry & port. Notes of crème brulee, burnt sugar, toffee & maple syrup. Hints of fig pie, roasted almonds & cedar. Australian certified organic molasses, wild yeast, Woombye water, dunder & muck. 100% unadulterated.
