Want rare behind the scenes access to a working rainforest distillery with the people who built it? Join one of our founders for an intimate and immersive journey into the world of Sunshine & Sons and Nil Desperandum Rum. You'll savour our full spirits range while you explore the history of gin, rum and distilling, and hear the stories that shaped the place. Your host will walk you through the production floor, unpacking the fermenting, distilling and ageing processes that define our craft. The tour wraps on our terrace overlooking the hinterland rainforest with a bespoke cocktail in hand.
