INGREDIENTS

• 30ML Sunshine & Sons Barrel Aged Gin
• Tonic Water
• Silver Tongue Foods Organic Spiced Orange

METHOD

1. Pour 30ML of Sunshine & Sons Barrel Aged Gin
   over ice in a short glass
2. Add 1 wheel of Organic Spiced Preserved Orange and a teaspoon of the syrup from the jar
3. Top up with Tonic Water
