THE SOUR DRAGON

INGREDIENTS

  • 45ml of Sunshine & Sons Love Dragon Gin
  • 15ml of Dry Vermouth
  • 22.5ml of lemon juice
  • 10ml of simple syrup
  • Pink Dragonfruit pieces
  • 1 egg white or 30ml of aquafaba

    METHOD
  • In a cocktail Shaker, add the dragonfruit piecies and muddle, add the egg whites, Gin, Dry Vermouth, syrup and lemon juice.
  • Dry shake for around 10 seconds.
  • Add ice into the shaker and shake again until well chilled.
  • Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
  • Finish with a Dragonfruit slice on top
